The rooms are classified by the Province of Venice as FIRST CLASS.

THE PRICES ARE PER ROOM PER DAY FROM € 95.00 TO € 120.00 DEPENDING ON CHOICES AND SEASONS.

• The price includes breakfast.
• The possibility to have lunch and/or dinner at the Inn.
• Children in room with the parents:from 4 years old till the completion of 12 years old have 50% discount.
• Arrival and Departure: on the day of arrival the rooms will be available starting at 12:00am. On the day of departure, Please vacate the room till 10.00am.
• Late arrival and/or early departure will be charged for the days reserved and booked.
